If you are the current homeowner you do not need to submit an OPRA Request
to receive records that 
pertain to your property.  The only exception would be if you were looking
for permits pulled by a previous
owner then yes, you would need to submit this request.   You can contact
Construction Code directly 
at (908)474-8459 to obtain the copy of the requested property survey if
you are the current owner 
as referenced above.
