Dear Jackson Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. I attest
that I have never been convicted of an indictable offense. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: I am requesting copies of all incident reports that
Robin Staley, the Animal Control Officer,  and/or others prepared in
response to complaints made by James McMahon on December 4, 2018 and that
Robin Staley received and investigated. The complaints regarded unlicensed
dogs that were present at the off-leash dog park in Johnson Park in
Jackson, NJ on the afternoon of December 4, 2018.

I am requesting copies of any handwritten notes that Robin Staley, the
Animal Control Officer,  made on December 4, 2018 and afterwards in
response to complaints made by James McMahon on December 4, 2018 and that
Robin Staley received and investigated. These complaints regarded
unlicensed dogs at the off-leash dog park in Johnson Park in Jackson, NJ
on the afternoon of December 4, 2018.  These handwritten notes, some of
which I personally observed Robin Staley make, contained the names and
telephone numbers of various witnesses that Robin Staley spoke with on the
afternoon of December 4, 2018.

I am requesting copies of any email letters that Robin Staley, the Animal
Control Officer, and/or others sent or received regarding the complaints
that James McMahon made to her on December 4, 2018 about unlicensed dogs
in the off-leash dog park in Johnson Park in Jackson, NJ.

I am requesting copies of any audio or video records that were created in
response to the complaints that James McMahon made on December 4, 2018
about unlicensed dogs at the off-leash dog park in Johnson Park in
Jackson, NJ.

If you require any money from me in order to fulfill these OPRA requests, 
please let me know and I will gladly pay whatever fees are required of me.
