I am writing to request the full narrative of events concerning case:

Gender: Male
Incident ID: 24-123383
Incident Date: 2024-12-22 00:00:00
Arrested By: Delaware River Port Authority
Under Penalty of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I Have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person, WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Please provide the primary incident report and any corresponding officer notes.
Understanding the complete sequence of events is our primary goal.
