This is a courteous request for public records access to the Detailed Narration Report Related to the occurrence of:

Incident Date: 2025-03-28 00:00:00
Arrested By: Brick Twp PD
Under Penalty of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I Have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person, WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
I am interested in reading and understanding the whole story of what happened. If you could send me the main narrative report & other documents containing the whole narration, I would be very grateful.

3. Narratives are exempt under OPRA citing: Criminal Investigatory*
N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 Criminal Investigatory Records – records which are no required by law to be made, maintained or kept on file that are held by law enforcement agency which pertain to any criminal investigation or related civil enforcement proceeding. (Note: N.J.S.A 47:1A-3b lists specific criminal investigatory information which must be disclosed).
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (Legislative Findings)
1) Privacy Interest - “a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy.” See Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).
