Request for HR and police information
Dear Edison Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-All police records related to the accusation, investigation and arrest of Timothy Castleton of Edison, NJ between 1/1/2020 and 2/10/2020 including arrest warrant, initial police report and any and all booking information
-Human Resources files regarding Mr. Castleton’s drug and alcohol testing/abuse while employed with the Township
-pursuant to the above, any records that have been returned to the down post-vehicular accident drug and alcohol testing at the hospital
-Human resources records regarding Mr. Castleton’s previous, current and future employment status.
