I would appreciate an update on my request and an answer to my last communication from February 24th.
This request was originally filed on February 12th, almost a month ago. I heard from you on February 24th asking for a 10 day extension. I responded by asking whether we could then extend the dates for my request for email logs to include the extra days you were taking to comply.
It is now 4:00pm on the 10th business day since you made your request and I have not received an answer to my question or my OPRA request. Time is of the essence and I ask that you please respond.

Hi Anonymous,
The required redactions that needed to be accomplished were sent to the
district attorney for OPRA compliance redactions. I will follow up
tomorrow and see the status.

Dear Scott Bisig,
Thank you for your prompt reply, although I find it a bit confusing. You sent the results of my OPRA request to the district attorney? Do you mean the school board attorney? The rules are pretty simple as far as redactions are concerned. I've never heard of anyone sending them to an attorney, especially for something as simple as email logs.
I don't mean to be difficult, but it's been a month already. At some point this information will no longer be useful and a delay to this extent is simply not justified.

The Ridgewood Board of Education (“Board”) received your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request which seeks the following records:
Email logs for Lisa Kontos, Director of the Ridgewood Public Schools Infant/Toddler Development Center, for the period July 1, 2020 through August 30, 2020 and January 1, 2021 and February 12, 2021.
The Board has identified 194 pages of records responsive to your request. Please note that personal e-mail addresses have been redacted to protect the individuals’ reasonable expectation of privacy. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (providing that “a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy . . .”); Kemery v. Gloucester Twp. Fire District No. 4 (Camden), GRC Complaint No. 2014-290 (2016) (holding that the records custodian properly redacted the personal e-mail address of the Fire Chief); and Wolosky v.
