Engineering designs, plans, environmental impact studies, project design plans, surveys, and all documents on record related to the resurfacing/road work that was done on 3rd Avenue in early 2020 (January - April time frame).

Good Afternoon,
I am in receipt of your OPRA request for "engineering designs, plans, environmental impact studies, project design plans, surveys, and all documents on record related to the resurfacing/road work that was done on 3rd Avenue in early 2020 (January - April time frame)."
Your request for these records requires up to an additional seven (7) business days to fulfill because they are being provided to me by the engineer.
Also, your request for "all documents on record" is a broad and/or unclear request. Please identify the specific records requested.
A response will be provided as soon as possible, but not later than October 21, 2021.

Dear Michele Clark,
Thank you for looking into my request. By all documents I really just meant if there were any reports on planning or construction that were prepared that I may not have the exact names of. If there are any documents that might be pertinent that I didn't specifically identify, maybe a list could be provided? Otherwise, I think I identified the major docs that would be prepared. I noticed after I submitted this that a similar request had been made previously by someone and in that request you said that some schematics and diagrams may be too large to share electronically. I am available to come in to review those types of documents as well. Thank you.
