Dear Brick Township Records Custodians,
This request is submitted pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA). I am seeking copies of public records related to two separate incidents that occurred on March 23, 2024, on Sawmill Road in Brick Township. I am not required to fill out an official form per the rules and regulations of the Government Records Council.
Specific Records Requested:
For each incident:
* Copy of any summons or tickets issued (Ticket # E24 1248 & E24 1249)
* Officer narrative(s) prepared by Officer Matthew Breslin (if applicable) in relation to Ticket # E24 1248 & E24 1249 (please note - no police case number was entered into the Judiciary’s Electronic System for us to provide).
* Detailed CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) logs; in relation to Ticket # E24 1248 & E24 1249 (please note - no police case number was entered into the Judiciary’s Electronic System for us to provide).
* Incident Report in relation to Ticket # E24 1248 & E24 1249 (please note - no police case number was entered into the Judiciary’s Electronic System for us to provide).
* Police Dispatch Logs in relation to Ticket # E24 1248 & E24 1249 (please note - no police case number was entered into the Judiciary’s Electronic System for us to provide).
* Any tow slips associated with the incidents or issued within 30 minutes before or after the tickets were issued (March 23, 2024, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM by Patrolman Breslin)
I prefer to receive the requested records electronically if possible.

In response to OPRA 443-24, please see the attached motor vehicle summonses E24 1248 and E24 1249, the CAD related to the summonses and the impound vehicle sheet. The requested items have been redacted for privacy (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1).
