Regarding the letter with the file name "OPRA LTR 0684 23.pdf" summarizing the response, could you please confirm the names of the files that were omitted from the OPRA response? The letter references attachments on pages 19 and 91 and I would like to confirm the specific files omitted to ensure I am understanding the response.

Also, please note that the files provided did not include the attachments that were originally included as part of the correspondence between Colliers Engineering and the County. The letter summarizing the response implies that certain attachments were omitted, but I am unable to locate any attachments in the file titled "0684 23.1.pdf." That file contains only the emails referencing the attachments.
Please let me know if those attachments can be re-sent per this OPRA request, or if a separate OPRA request must be submitted.

To access any email attachments contained in the responsive documents, you will need to double click on the blue square next to the attachment name. For example, on page 4 of the PDF titled 0684-23.1, there are two attachments titled "CommentsApr23.pdf" and "2023-04-19 TPD Traffic Review Memo01 (S22-07-079).pdf". Blue squares appear near the end of each attachment title and those can be double-clicked to open and view the attachment. Further, to answer your inquiry regarding pages 19 and 91, the attachment on page 19 is identified as "E2.57 Old York Rd Letter Report_2023-01-11.pdf;" and the attachment withheld on page 91 is identified as "Bridge E2.57 Old York Road Bridge - Comments 4.6.23.pdf". thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance.

Dear Ms. Perez,
Thank you for confirming the file names excluded from the response.
Regarding the attachments, I have confirmed on multiple devices that the attachments are not included in the primary PDF file. A blue square does not appear next to each file name. To confirm, I downloaded the primary PDF and opened it in Adobe Reader before selecting to view attachments, but Adobe shows there are no attachments included with the PDF. It is possible those attachments are being removed when the file is being transmitted.
Could you please respond with the attachments separate from the primary PDF? I understand the attachments on pages 19 and 91 will not be included.
