Request for Copies of OPRA Requests
Dear Jackson Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting copies of all OPRA requests made to the township within the past 14 days and responses delivered by the township to the requestors. This request involves simply forwarding all correspondence sent to the requestor to satisfy their request and should incur no additional workload on behalf of your office.
Yours faithfully,
Phil Stilton
Dear Mr. Stilton,
Please accept this email as a follow-up to your OPRA request dated October 26, 2017 (as noted below).
An extension of time to comply with your request is necessary, due to an extraordinary volume of OPRA requests received by my office within the last few weeks. The revised date to comply with your below request and provide records responsive to same will be on or before December 26, 2017 (7 week extension). Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i, OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time within the statutorily mandated seven (7) business day compliance rule.
Sincerely,
Ann Marie Eden, RMC
Township Clerk
