Request for cell phone text message records of Committeeperson Boniface
Dear Rochelle Park Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Committeeperson Boniface is witnessed and on video texting on her cell phone while in attendance in her official capacity as a committee person at township meetings.
Please provide township issued cell phone (if one exists) and personal cell phone text messaging records of Committeeperson Linda Boniface for all incoming & outgoing text messages received and sent from January 2017 to present. This is for the dates and times she was in attendance at all township meetings in her official capacity as a township committee person, including but not limited to regular monthly meetings, work session meetings and closed session meetings. Also included in the timeline are text messages received and sent one hour prior to the start and one hour after the conclusion of said meetings. Please include township related text messages deleted after this request was made on OPRA Machine. This is for township related business only and not for personal information.

I have reviewed records of the Township and have also spoken to Committeewoman Linda Boniface and there are no records in existence which would satisfy your request. Elizabeth Kroll - Clerk
