Under the authority granted by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am formally requesting the release of the below-mentioned body-worn camera and dashcam footage pertaining to the specific incident outlined below:

This request encompasses unedited footage from the above-mentioned officer's body-worn cameras and patrol vehicle dashcams involved in the referenced incident.

Hello,
In response to your OPRA request, the Township of Green Brook is in
possession of body worn camera video and dash camera video responsive to
your request. There is no back seat video. The body worn camera video and
dash camera video need to be redacted. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5c of the
Open Public Records Act, a public agency may charge a special charge for the
extraordinary expenditure of time and effort to accommodate a request based
on the actual direct cost to the public agency. The Township uses
proprietary software from Veritone to redact the body worn camera video and
dash camera video. The review, redaction and copying is performed by the
Green Brook Police Department Detective Bureau. The actual direct cost to
the Township for review, redaction and copying of the body worn camera video
and dash camera video is $411.10 if you would like to pick it up in person
or $416.10 if you would like it mailed to you (Veritone Software Fee $125;
Officer Labor Fee $282.10; USB drive $4; postage $5). Upon receipt of
payment via check payable to “Green Brook Township” mailed or dropped off at
town hall to my attention at the address below along with a copy of your
request and the mailing address it should be sent to or instructions to call
for pickup when ready, the body worn camera video and dash camera video will
be redacted and provided to you. If you choose not to move forward with the
request, please let me know as soon as possible. Please let me know if you
