Dear Elizabeth City,

Under the authority granted by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am formally requesting the release of body-worn camera and dashcam footage pertaining to the specific incident outlined below:

Incident Case Number: 23-132948B
Officer Name & Badge Number:
1. Det. K. Arias = bodycam
2. Ofc. I. Morales = bodycam
3. Det. A. Gonzalez = bodycam
4. Cruiser NSU-13 = backseat camera (George)
5. Cruiser NSU-12 = backseat camera (Kelly)

This request encompasses unedited footage from the above-mentioned officer's body-worn cameras and patrol vehicle dashcams involved in the referenced incident.

In compliance with the New Jersey OPRA, I expect a response to this request within seven business days as stipulated by state law. Failure to meet this deadline will result in my seeking judicial relief to enforce compliance under the statute.

AM:

Pursuant to your OPRA request, the body camera footage for Police Case #
23-132948 were located and redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. on
February 14, 2025, through evidence.com/Axon. The redactions made were
personal information.
There are no cameras in the vehicles requested in this OPRA, so no videos
of back seats were included.
