Under the authority granted by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am formally requesting the release of body-worn camera and dashcam footage pertaining to the specific incident outlined below:

The following redactions have been made, to the attached documents, pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically No. 1 - Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy." And No. 20 - Personal Identifying Information.
Specifically:
BWC, MVR, and rear seat footage were redacted for mobile data terminal, date of births, phone numbers, and also pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, specifically Executive Order #26, #4(b) 1 - information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.
By way of this e-mail, which includes the video responsive to your request, we have marked your OPRA request received February 11, 2025, as satisfied and closed.
A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto.
