3. Any and all documents pertaining to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital EMS written communications {sent to or received from} the Borough of South River pertaining to RWJ EMS - BLS Ambulance billing for South River residents as well as non-residents for South River.

Dear Anonymous Requestor,

The Borough of South River received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on April 22, 2019. The official Records Custodian, William Bray, received your OPRA request on April 22, 2019. Dear Anonymous Requestor,

OPRA allows individuals to request documents that exist at the time of their request. The contract provided was the document that existed at the time of your request. I am unaware of any other version. Once executed, the contract will remain a public document. However, you shall have to wait until after it is full executed to request a fully executed copy. I am not able to estimate when the contract will be fully executed.
