Please be advised that I need clarification of the specific records you
are requesting (example; complaint filed with Zoning, complaint filed with
the Municipal Court, complaint filed with Construction etc.). Your request
is overbroad and unclear and is not a request of an identifiable
government record. An Appellate Division court case held that agencies are
required to disclose only identifiable government records, MAG
Entertainment, LLC v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J.
Super 534, 549 (App. Div. 2005). As custodian of records I am not required
to conduct research in response to an OPRA request therefore, I ask that
you specifically describe the records you are seeking.
