This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

This request is for the logs and records related to the Collingswood Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP), August 2019 that were supposed to have been filed with NJDEP.

Although the SPPP is published on the Collingswood Website, the following documents are missing and I have been told they are unavailable despite the notation in the SPPP that they exist. If they cannot be found, please let me know.

1. Please provide the “sweeping log and schedule” referred to on page 12 of the “SPPP Form 7 - Street Sweeping”.

2. Please provide the “inlet logs” showing the list of catch basins and storm drains referred to on page 14 of the “SPPP Form 8 - Catch Basin and Storm Drain Inlets”.

3. Please provide the records of catch basin and storm drain inlet inspections and the wet tons of material collected during catch basin and storm drain inlet cleanings as referred to on page 14 of the “SPPP Form 8 - Catch Basis and Storm Drain Inlets”.

thank you,
Lorraine Prince
