We are providing the attached because they are public records under OPRA, NOT because they are marked as evidence in a disciplinary hearing. We are doing the requestor a favor and providing these documents to save them the trouble of submitting a valid OPRA request for them.
All other documents are denied as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10-personnel records
