Dear Ocean County Board of Social Services,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide me with a list of the addresses in the Township of Toms
River whose residents are receiving rental assistance, Public Assisted
Housing, and/or a rental subsidy through the Fair Housing program or any
other social service program in the County of Ocean.

Additionally, please provide me with the number of these addresses who
have children ages 17 and under residing in them, as I believe that
information would have to be on their rental assistance application(s).
