Atlas is performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the property located on Evesham Ave, Somerdale, New Jersey. Atlas understands this property to consist of one parcel, identified as Block 1 and Lot 17 (1.85 acres) and notes that this property is bounded by Evesham Ave to the north and Coopertowne Blvd to the east. Atlas is seeking any remediation, enforcement, permitting, health department, zoning, fire, or other environmental-related documents that Somerdale Borough may have on file related to this parcel. Atlas is not aware of any specific documents that Somerdale Borough may have and greatly appreciates your assistance in this matter.

I am so sorry, I just realized that somehow I completely missed this request. I will have this addressed today and get back to you as soon as possible. I believe that you are correct, that there are no documents regarding this request but will look into it. Again, I am so sorry!
