Red Room Approvals, Special Event Permits, 5800 Block Monmouth Closure
Dear Ventnor City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any special event permit, fire permit, building permit , or similar applications and approvals in regards to the road closure at 5800 Block Monmouth Avenue for Red Room Cafe and outdoor seating on or around the time of July 1 2020 and beyond.
Please include any documentation of meetings, special meetings, safety meetings , inspections and who attended with date of meeting or inspection, name of attendee or inspector and title of each individual.
Please include any documented approvals of safety plan or layout from City building department, zoning, safety commissioners , police and/or fire department with names and titles of those involved.
Please post online as this is an anonymous request.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ventnor City's handling of my OPRA request 'Red Room Approvals, Special Event Permits, 5800 Block Monmouth Closure'.
In July of this year I requested information about planning, votes, safety reviews and personnel involved in the closure of Monmouth Ave at Dorset Ave( Red Room Cafe) . Please reply to the OPRA request as required.
