Good Afternoon,

Please be advised the Recreation Director receives the Midland Park High School Baseball and Softball schedules annually she in turn plots them on the filed calendar. The Town Recreation Baseball and Softball Associations are advised of the field availability of Monday/Wednesday (Baseball) after 6:00 PM and Tuesday/Thursday (Softball) after 6:00 PM, dates are allotted to them, with exceptions made as necessary. There has been no need to complete Field Usage Forms for these schedules. The Recreation Director has not had any issues with conflicts that have gone unresolved.

This year the new Athletic Director of MPHS submitted a Field Use Request Form, see attached.

When and if other Organizations have a need for the use of said fields a form is completed, see attached.

This completes your OPRA request.
