Records to support changes in Tax Collector and Borough Administrator Duties/Time
Dear Neptune City Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any records which support the increase and decrease in the duties of the Tax Collector and Borough Administrator positions in 2022 from 2021. One was a full time position in every previous year justifying a full time salary. The other was a part time job justifying a part time salary. As per
NC Reg. 22-44, the Tax Collector position increased in duties 10% of the time to 90% of the time, and the Borough Administrator duties decreased in
duties from 73% of the time to 27% of the time, when applying the allocation used in 22-44 for each. Records requested include items such as the following:
job descriptions, contracts, schedules, planners, checks, receipts, vouchers, reimbursements, etc.

There are no further documents/records responsive to your request for

reimbursements, etc" for the position(s) of Borough Administrator and/or
