Dear East Brunswick Public Schools,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A copy of Victor Valeski's School Safety Specialist certification with date of issue.
2. A copy of Victor Valeski's attendance records from 7/1/2021-8/31/2024
3. A copy of all correspondence between Victor Valeski, Bernardo Giuliana, Laurie Lachs, Kyle Anderson, and/or any BOE members regarding Victor Valeski's contract between 1/1/24-8/31/24.
4. A copy of the closed session minutes from 7/11/24, 6/20/24, 6/6/24, 5/23/24, 5/9/24, 4/25/24, 4/16/24, 4/11/24 and 4/4/24.
5. A copy of all correspondence between Jeff Winston and Victor Valeski and/or Laurie Lachs regarding Mr. Winston's resignation.
6. A copy of all correspondence between Mark Csizmar and Victor Valeski and/or Laurie Lachs regarding Mr. Csizmar's resignation.
Please post all documents in a response on OPRA Machine.

I have certified a response to these three questions in my initial request via OPRA Machine. However, I am resubmitting my responses to these questions below. Additionally, pursuant to Renna v. County of Union (App. Div. 2009), I am not required to submit my request on the official form as my OPRA request meets the requirements set forth in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
