Records requested:

Tax delinquent: A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax balance for the last 12 months. Please also include whether the tax bill has been liened against the property. Please include the amount owed, and owner of record.

Code violation: A list of all code violations issued in the last 12 months. Please include the property address, owner of record, and nature of the violation.

Water shut off/Utility Liens: A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have had a past due balance, or have had the water shut off at any time in the last 12 months. Please include the amount owed, and owner of record.

Vacant houses: A list of all property addresses that are currently vacant. Please include the owner of record and any other contact information available.

Probate properties: A list of all properties currently in probate. Please include the property address, and any available contact information for executor/administrator of record.

Fire damage: A list of all properties damaged by fire in the last 12 months. Please include the property address, and owner of record.

Eviction list: A list of all properties undergoing the eviction process at any time within the last 12 months.

Please provide the lists in Excel or CSV format if possible.
