Dear Mr. Enright,

In regards to May 2020 and June 2020, which you previously sent last month, there were two pages missing. That's why I had requested them again, perhaps they had been missed in copying. "Page 3 of 5" from May 2020 and "Page 4 of 4" from June 2020 were not originally sent in the request last month, so if you could please re-check to see if these pages are available, it would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Resident

Enright, Hugh, Ocean County Board of Elections

Good afternoon,

My apologies for the inconvenience.

I will reach out to the Brick Clerk's office to request they resend the pages missing from the reports you listed. I will forward anything they produce upon receipt.

Thank you.

Dear Mr. Enright,

Since it looks like Brick Township never responded to you, could I ask you to do one thing (actually what was in my original request). I know from other agency responses that sometimes a page being scanned might accidentally be skipped over during the copying process. Perhaps that is what happened when your office sent me that big batch of records a few months ago. So I am thinking there's a good chance your office might actually have the two pages that were not sent to me, that they were just accidentally skipped over when all of the stuff was sent. Could you please re-check your own records and see if your office has the two pages I still need: From the Brick Township Decedent Reports: "Page 3 of 5" from May 2020 and "Page 4 of 4" from June 2020. Once you re-check and confirm whether or not they are in your possession, then that will close the matter.

Thank you,

Resident
