This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide the redacted incident reports of all overdoses or suspected overdoses from the town during the specified date range. As in all other towns in Ocean County, redactions for P.I.I. are acceptable and no other town has denied our requests once they go to the legal department. Please reconsider, and give me a call if you need any other questions answered.
