This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Any and all photographic records and negatives generated during Agency Case Number 21SP00507 SSPK, Lab Case Number 2021-0060. As far as I am aware, these case numbers have only two reports: Report Number 1 and Report Number 2.

For clarity, the New Jersey Municipal Police Departments Retention and Disposition Schedule lists "...Photographs, And Negatives In Cases Of Fatalities And Sudden Deaths" as having record series # 0036-0009, which has a confidentiality rating of "public" and a permanent retention period.
