Records from Murder Investigation of John and Joyce Sheridan

Somerset County did not have the information requested.

Dear Somerset County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Transcripts, notes, and reports of interviews with George E. Norcross, III in connection with the murders of John and Joyce Sheridan. If any recordings exist or any records related to a refusal to submit to a recorded interview by George Norcross, III , please produce those. Any information as to whether or not Mr. Norcross was investigated as a potential suspect either directly responsible for the death of the Sheridans or as a potential suspect in a murder-for-hire killing (known informally as hiring a hitman). Any other records within the investigation where "Norcross" is mentioned.

Yours faithfully,

Burton Erney
