2. Records of building code compliance inspections and copies of any violations cited;
3. Copies of all permits applied for/issued and accompanying building/engineering plans;
4. Copies of all licenses applied for/issued for property;
5. Fire code compliance inspections records and copies of any violations cited; and
6. All variances from fire and/or building codes requested /denied/approved for the property.

The COs provided were 44 pages of the same exact CO for the year 2019. Is this an error? Should there be other COs for other years or COs for multiple addresses?
