Please be advised that your request for “A copy of all emails sent and received by Records Custodian Lt. Kenneth Kleinman (Ret) from September 1, 2023 until 11:59 hours on September 13, 2023” is denied as it fails to properly identify the messages sought. An OPRA request seeking messages, communications, or other correspondence must provide “1) [the] content and/or subject of the [correspondence]; 2) the specific date or range of dates during which the [correspondence] was transmitted ... ; and 3) [the] identity [of] the sender and/or recipient of said [correspondence].” Elcavage v.
