Contact between the Gloucester Township public schools board of
education/superintendent and the state department of health and the state
department of education in regards to the following:

- Allocation of funds to the district related to EO 253 testing mandate -
when were they received?  No funds were received in relation to testing
mandated by EO 253.
- What guidance was the district given to provide testing at no cost to
their employees?  The district elected to use the State vendor for testing
and is awaiting guidance and scheduling for implementation from the
vendor.
- The plan the district provided the state DOE and/or DOH to test
unvaccinated employees  A plan was not required to be submitted and
therefore no record exists.
