I did not receive the attachment. Can you please resend me the attachment to this e-mail, [email address].

Additionally, there was no Council meeting on March 26th 2019, therefore no records responsive to that request. All the Township Council meetings are available on YouTube. You may be able to find what you are looking for there.

You are absolutely correct you do not have to complete a form. It was my understanding that you had an attachment that would assist the Township in locating the documents you had requested, which the Township has not received. If this is incorrect, my apologizes. We are processing your requests via e-mail in the normal procedure and it was provided OPRA #2019-825 as noted in the earlier communications.

Good Morning Mr. Milner,

We are actively working on your request. Unfortunately, the size of the Council Meeting file is 14 gigs and exceeds the storage capacity of CDs/DVDs. Additionally, the Township does not have the software to create a CD/DVD of the meeting recording. A USB will have to be purchased by the Township to place the Council Meeting file on and the actual cost of that USB will be charged.
