Any relevant arrest reports, global subject activity reports, preliminary law enforcement incident reports, complaint warrants, complaint summonses, and affidavits, 911 calls, arrests, released, charges, investigations, motor vehicle accidents, stops, tickets and arrests, where applicable, for the following defendant:
Kelly M Simmons from 2004-2016
Kelly M Munley 2006-2011

Attached please find redacted complaints, arrest report, and the dismissal order for Kelly Simmons.
That file does not contain a 911 call, or anything related to a motor vehicle accident or tickets. Complaints at that time did not contain a PLEIR or affidavit of probable cause. I do not know what you mean by "global subject activity report." Please clarify.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5 and N.J. Court Rule 1:38-7, the social security number, driver license number, and vehicle license plate have been redacted.
That is the only case that could be located for Kelly Simmons or Kelly Munley between those years.
