requested has be burned to a dvd.  The disk is available for you to pick
up at the Municipal Offices at 156 Bank Street.  There will be a $5 fee
for the dvd.  Our hours are 8:30 – 4:30 Monday – Friday.  You may pick up
this information at your convenience.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please

I am looking for record of two drivers license look ups on MDTs or by
dispatchers requested by officers investigating a motor vehicle accident
Case # 19-23185. In particular, I am requesting the record of MDT or
dispatch look up requested for drivers license number R0965XXXXXXXXXX
belonging to Patricia Raymond and drivers license number T7422XXXXXXXXXX
belonging to a Jonathan Trimboli between the date and time of Dec 30, 2019
at 5PM and Jan 7, 2020 at 5PM. I am looking to determine the date and time
these two drivers license numbers were checked by the investigating
officers by computer for driver information and validity.
