Record of Drivers License Valid Check Look ups Conducted on MDTs or by Dispatch

Records requested:
I am looking for record of two drivers license look ups on MDTs or by dispatchers requested by officers investigating a motor vehicle accident Case # 19-23185. In particular, I am requesting the record of MDT or dispatch look up requested for drivers license number R0965XXXXXXXXXX belonging to Patricia Raymond and drivers license number T7422XXXXXXXXXX belonging to a Jonathan Trimboli between the date and time of Dec 30, 2019 at 5PM and Jan 7, 2020 at 5PM. I am looking to determine the date and time these two drivers license numbers were checked by the investigating officers by computer for driver information and validity.

Pursuant to your OPRA Request dated January 9, 2020, I have received the
information you requested from the Police Department. The information you
requested has be burned to a dvd. The disk is available for you to pick
up at the Municipal Offices at 156 Bank Street. There will be a $5 fee
for the dvd. Our hours are 8:30 – 4:30 Monday – Friday. You may pick up
this information at your convenience.
