Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
Mount Holly maintains the Mount Holly Affordable Housing Trust Fund (Fund). Certain new improvements built throughout Mount Holly obligate the developer to contribute certain amounts into the Fund. This request is for a copy of records of all contributions/deposits into the Fund between 12/1/2022 to present. This request is for all information regarding each of the contributions/deposits such as the name of the developer/applicant contributing/depositing into the Fund, the date of the deposit, the amount of the deposit, the address of the improvement and the formula used to calculate the amount of the required contribution (for instance whether the improvement is a commercial development or one involving market rate residential and the value of the improvement). The foregoing list is neither exhaustive nor exclusive.

Dear Mount Holly Township,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Mount Holly Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Record of 3 years of the contributor and amount contributed to the Mount Holly Affordable Housing Trust Fund'.

On December 15, 2025 I received the Township's message that an extension was needed. It has now been 16 business days since that extension.request. Please provide an update.
