"The Board President shall be and hereby is authorized to execute a contract with iLearn, Inc. for the provision of school management services, in substantially the form attached to this Resolution, subject to review by counsel;"

The document you are requisitioning is related to the 2014-2015 school
year. I am requesting additional 10 business days to find this document in
our archives. I will provide you the document by December 22nd, 2020.
"Custodians may seek extensions of time beyond the seven (7) business
day deadline for legitimate reasons (e.g. the record is in use or in
storage). N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)"
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i) provides that the statutory time frame shall not
apply during a “state of emergency, public health emergency, or state of
local disaster emergency . . .”
