Background

Melissa Seader, the Piscataway Municipal Clerk, an employee of Piscataway Township, participated with Middlesex County Board of Elections on the Piscataway Rewarding Commission as the 7th member.

Ms. Seader joined the Rewarding Commission by virtue of and in connection with her employment by Piscataway Township.

At the January 14th meeting of the Piscataway Rewarding Commission, Ms. Seader, approved of, along with the six other members a document and/or map referred to as "Reccomendation 3" by participants in the meeting.

Records requested:

Please provide the document which was approved at that meeting.

1. Any copy of the document which was presented on the screen during the meeting by Nicholas Phelan of Remington Vernick Engineers. This document appears to contain the memorialization of an official government action subject to OPRA.

The document is not a work-in-progress or deliberative document as it was approved by the Commissioners and is a public artifact.
