In response to your question, those two (2) items were the only records produced by the Div. of Purchasing. They did not produce anything else. Hence, your OPRA request is deemed complete and it has been closed.

What I explained to you before is that we sent your request to the Div. of Purchasing and those were the only records produced by them.
We are simply the mediators between the requestors and the departments and/or divisions that hold the requested records.
We receive the OPRA and circulate it to the proper department/division. They send us the records and we send them to the requestor.
That's what meant. So, I cannot send you what was not sent to me. And they usually produce what they have.
Unfortunately, I would not be able to know the answer to your questions.

Good afternoon, Mr. Kratovil.
What I'm trying to explain to you again, is that the Div. of Purchasing did not provide any responsive records for item #2 of your request. Everything they provided, we sent to you. Nothing was provided in response to item #2. Therefore, those records may or may not exist. I don't know. Just know they were not provided.
