Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

August 1, 2025 to present:
1. The most recent report of QSAC, specifically District Info and Score Summary.
2. The email(showing the date) provided to the full Board of Education by the CSA of the QSAC results and the date the Board convened to review the DPR at a public meeting. The Board of Education resolutions and any declaration page approving the QSAC action under N.J.A.C. 6A:30-3.2 (f), (g), and (i).
3. Curriculum Committee meeting minutes involving QSAC or the DIP reports.
4. The current contract for the Director of Curriculum.
5. In accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:30-3.2(b-1), please provide:The names and titles of all members of the QSAC CSA-appointed committee. Identification of the Board of Education appointed representative serving on this committee. A copy of the Board resolution approving the committee membership.
6.Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:30-5.4, please provide: The complete membership list of the District Improvement Plan (DIP) Team, including titles/roles. Identification of the Board of Education appointed representative serving on this committee. Copies of the Board resolutions approving the DIP team members.
