Purchase order history for the police department from 2020 - 2023
Dear Beachwood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

Hi Jen, Please see the below OPRA request pertaining to Police purchases from 2020-2023. If a list is not already created of the history, one is not required to be created. I would suggest the actual purchase orders copied and provided to me upon completion so I can scan and email. The due date is 9/12/23. Thanks, Sue
