Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act (RCW 42.56), I am kindly requesting access to records related to purchase orders for your school district.

After a thorough search, I was unable to locate any documents resembling a check register or purchase warrants online, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing this information.

Specifically, I am requesting a spreadsheet containing all purchase orders from January 1, 2020, to the present day. If available, I kindly ask that you include the following details for each purchase order:

• Purchase order number or equivalent
• Purchase date
• Vendor ID or equivalent
• Vendor name
• Line item details
• Line item quantity
• Line item unit price
• Line item total price

Format & Delivery:
If possible, please provide this information as a spreadsheet exported to this email thread. If a document does not exist as described or closely tied, I kindly request you provide the data and format you have available for any existing documents related to the check register/purchase order/ warrants/transaction history.
