Publication of Schedules of Regular Meetings
Dear Mansfield Township (Warren),
This is an email request for public records under New Jersey's Open Public Records Act, and the common law right of access. The public records I am requesting are:
From January 1, 2015 to January 31, 2019, copies of public notices mailed, emailed, or otherwise communicated to newspapers for publication of schedules of regular meetings pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-18. Please include emails, affidavits, sworn attestations, proof of insertion/publication, and certifications pertaining to each publication of schedules of regular meetings.

The OPRA asks for records starting on January 1, 2015. No records for 2015 were included.
Also, the file named "3_13_20220824 153231.pdf" contains blank pages.

The retention period for Affidavits of Publication per NJ DORES (record series 0016-0000) is 6 years. Therefore 2015 Proof of Publications are no longer available, as they have been destroyed in accordance with
NJ DORES Record Retention.
I've reattached the affidavit that I believe is missing from my initial response.
