Our payroll system can generate the requested report. However, for some employees, the pay rates reflected in the report will not reflected their current pay rates for two reasons: 1 Part time seasonal employees who worked in 2018 but not yet for 2019. Upon their reappointment in 2019 their rates will be updated (for example summer recreation employees) 2 Part-Time Employees who do multiple jobs and have multiple pay rates. (For example recreation employees who make $15 an hour to be a score keeper but minimum wage for another title. There could be someone who is running the board for basketball but made last's years rate in summer camp. The report would show last year's summer camp rate. When they are paid, our pay roll staff manually change their rate in the system just for that pay roll run and don't change it in their profile because they get different rates based on the job they do. This is very common.)
We can run the report and send it, with that understanding, or we can run the report and white out anyone in the system from 2018 who has not yet been reappointed in 2019 to reduce or avoid the confusion.

Thanks for the explanation. Please include the lowest possible hourly rates for each employee as of February 15, and please omit those seasonal workers who are not currently working for the Borough as of February 15.
