This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law

Records requested:
On May 26, 2021 during a special meeting of the borough council of the
Borough of Buena, the public safety director/councilman, Joseph
D'Allessandro, made a presentation concerning the Landisville Volunteer
Fire Company, Buena Borough Fire District #1.  During the presentation Mr.
D"Allessandro utilized and relied upon a 112 page PowerPoint
presentation. 

I respectfully request an electronic copy of that PowerPoint presentation
that Mr. D'Allessandro used.
