Franklin Zeigler of Cape May, was at Surfside Pier in Morey’s Piers & Beachfront Water Parks on the Wildwood boardwalk on July 6 2024 where he was arrested for animal cruelty. Please provide the arresting officer's body cam video footage.

The City of North Wildwood is unable to provide you with the records requested on the 30th, inst. since the matter, as an indictable offense, has been transferred to the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office.
