Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

Thank you for your OPRA request. You are correct, you do not need to utilize an actual OPRA request form and Voorhees Township has started accepting OPRA requests electronically through JustFOIA. If you are familiar with JustFOIA, you know that you can submit your request through that portal and check for updates during the request timeframe. An email will be sent to you when your documents are ready and you can retrieve them by clicking on the assigned request number. If you would like to utilize this portal, visit our website, www.voorheesnj.com and go to the dashboard at the top and click on OPRA on the right hand side. If you prefer to use email, please reply back that you would like to submit through email and I will direct your request to the appropriate department.

In response to your OPRA request.
1. See attached of municipal held liens.
2. NJ American Water services the majority of our town. Berlin Boro services water along 2 streets the border their municipality. You would have to contact them for any Voorhees delinquencies/shut offs.
3. Voorhees doesn't have any properties that handle evictions directly. Any evictions are through private owners utilizing the County Sheriff's department.
