Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

Below is the response to your OPRA request. We have no information regarding water shutoffs as water is private through New Jersey American Water and we also have no information regarding evictions.

Terry,
Attached is a 2017 delinquency from Lenahan. It is still open because she was in Bankruptcy. Since she filed for Chapter 7 and walked away the lien holder was able to foreclose and now this balance is able to be paid. Hopefully they will pay soon but as of today the balance is open. This is the only delinquency to report.
