Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

There are no 2+ year tax delinquencies to report.

You would have to contact the Water Commission, they provide shut off for
water, not the Borough.

The County offices do evictions, the Borough does not do this process.
